P.O. BOXES We do not ship to P.O. boxes located within Post Offices. You must provide us with a physical mailing address. If you have no other means of receiving a shipment aside from a P.O. Box, please contact us. We may be able to make alternate arrangements.
APO/AE and Other Overseas Military Addresses Due to the delicate nature of the products we sell, we currently do not ship overseas. We apologize for the inconvenience.
DAMAGES We cannot be held responsible for shipments damaged in transit. We include insurance on outgoing shipments. If you receive a shipment damaged in transit, notify the carrier immediately. The claim process must be handled by you and the carrier. We will offer whatever assistance we can.
