water damage Nov 02, 2008

The beautiful wood divider was exactly what we wanted. The only flaw was one of the wood panels had water damage on it and the veneer was badly bubbled.
I emailed for a replacement and never received a return email. I fixed the problem by purchasing a piece of mirror from a glass company and glued it over the damage. No big deal it was a 14.00 fix and really makes the product much better.

By Kid Charles This wooden room divider is a nice bargain. It's attractive and the wood stain is pretty close to that in the picture. The panels however are very thin and the packaging is pretty minimal, and one of the panels was punched in a bit when I received it. It it much less noticeable on one side compared to to the other so I've set it up to face that way. If you can deal with slight damage, go for it. If not, you might want to spend a bit more on something more durable.

Just the screen I hoped for! Apr 07, 2011
By Mag This three-panel wood folding screen is perfect for creating some privacy for overnight guests in the den. It is sturdy and tall enough to block the view from the rest of the apartment. Actually, this screen is the second one that I use for the purpose stated above. With two identical screens arranged discreetly, a separate guest room is created. When not in use, the screens fold nicely and are stored in a corner of the den.

I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but the screen is very nice. Finish and construction are of good quality and the color was represented well by the photo in the ad.
The information about the weight seems to be incorrect, lists as 4 pounds and it is much heavier than that.
The packaging could have been better, it arrived with a damaged box and there is very little protection before the screen would be damaged.
Service was top notch, shipped fast and the transaction went well.

Also, I ordered this product in hopes that it would be delivered on a Friday for a specified use so I requested 2 day shipping. The seller said they did not have a 2 day shipping option since it was so large and said it would arrive sometime in the middle of the following week. As it turns out, it arrived just in time on Friday at noon, which was an unexpected surprise! I really appreciated their hard work in responding to my last-minute request!
