An outstanding room divider, exceptional in both quality & design, with an elegant, unique wood lattice design on the front (only) of each panel. 7 foot tall shoji screens are difficult to find in the US, these are built with superior materials & workmanship- premium quality kiln dried Spruce, & classic Japanese style joinery (No Rubberwood!). The Eudes is designed with a bottom kick plat, to make each panel stronger and more ridged, and to prevent scuffs to the paper from foot traffic. The "rice paper" shade is actually tough, fiber reinforced pressed pulp rice paper that allows diffused light through, yet offers complete privacy. These are high end, best of breed hand crafted Japanese design shoji screens, choose from 4 sizes- 3, 4, 5, or 6 panels- and 4 fine lacquer finishes - Black, Natural, Honey, or Rosewood. excellent room divider Feb 14, 2011
By amy Our roomdivider arrived in excellent condition. our floor plan is too open, so we use it to divide the living room from part of the kitchen. The black wood with the jute is beautiful- looks perfect from both the kitchen and the living room.

6 panel is actually 8.5 ft wide Oct 17, 2009
By negu I was curious how wide the 6 panel is. Analysis of the picture suggests it's at least a total of 8.5ft wide. I calculated this by the given info that it's 84" tall, which is approx 220 px high (measured from the center of a middle panel to account for perspective) and then 270 px across the all 6 panels in the bent state. I think it's lousy that the merchants never seem to mention the width of each panel, making it difficult to know this information.
