By CMH Our screen arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. It is lovely. I seem to recall the description saying it was made partially of fiberglass so I thought the white part might be hard. However, it feels more like a heavy cotton blend (but looks nice!).

Beautiful Shigo screen. It is perfect for hiding boxes and storage containers in the corner of a room. The product is well-built, and the design really adds to the room. A tall bamboo-type plant placed next to this screen was a perfect complement.

Shipping problems but personal service May 07, 2010
By Doris This product is lightweight, light diffusing, and basically good quality. The problem is FedEx seems to require packaging within the package these days, because both of mine arrived in boxes with holes deep enough to damage the product. The Werfurniture representative was very responsive to shipping the second divider, but gave up the third time and simply refunded my money, graciously.

By herbgrl My gripe is not with the screen itself as such, but with the way the screen was inadequately packed. There was absolutely nothing protecting the screen for travel. There were several depressions and holes in the box. Consequently the wood frame was broken in several places as was the fabric itself. The company offered to send me two panels so that I could replace the broken panels; I judged that since the replacement panels would also not be padded for shipment, this would be an act of futility. I still can't believe that a company would ship a product unprotected. It was not even marked fragile or handle with care. As you can surmise, I returned the screen. Wish I could have kept it--liked the appearance of the screen.

By artbox This is a beautiful screen. The fact that it is black and white means it fits perfectly with most color schemes. It gets our highest recommendation.
It did arrived damaged because of the ineptitude of the carrier, not because of FurnitureMaxx. I contacted them right away and was very pleased with their response. I dealt with a lady named "Grace" and, indeed, she was most gracious about the entire situation. She immediately sent another screen that arrived in perfect condition. No extra charge, no mention of shipping expenses, no hassles! They simply fulfilled the order and we got our screen immediately.
I'm pleased to have dealt with such an honest vendor. I will buy from them again.
